The Idoma Progressive Youths Forum has applauded President Bola Tinubu and Governor Hyacinth Alia for appointing Chief Nelson Alapa into the Governing Council of the University of Ibadan.
The young people characterized Alapa as a seasoned technocrat, a staunch progressive, a party mainstay with unparalleled administrative skill.
The youths said that their President, John Ochefu, had shown confidence in Chief Alapa’s ability to work with the brightest minds to reposition one of Nigeria’s top postsecondary institutions, and that Chief Alapa’s appointment was evidence of this.
