
A kidnapping gang in Otukpo, Benue South Senatorial District, has run out of luck after one of their victims recognized some of the gang members on a public bus.
The accused started having problems when they got into a car at Ihotu Park, from Otukpo, only to discover that the girl they had abducted and released after paying a ransom was there.
